‘Comprehensive Class’ Saturday 31st March! Bikram’s former right hand man Craig Villani is coming back to QLD! (Craig ran the Teacher Training course for 8 years running, training over 4,000 teachers). He will be running ‘Comprehensive classes’ at the studio’s in Brisbane and the Gold Coast and he will be at our Mermaid studio on Saturday 31st March for a 9am extended class (approx 2 hours with less heat) for a cost of $35. DON’T MISS OUT!!!! Get your ticket’s from front desk to avoid disappointment. This will inspire you and take your practise to the next level.

Monday 5.30am classes will no longer run due to lack of attendance to this class. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. This is effective as of March so there will be no 5.30am class on Monday 5th March.

Australia Day Public Holiday (Thursday 26th January) We will be having at Burleigh – 5.30am and 4.30pm and at Mermaid 9.30am and 6.00pm only. Hope to see you there in you Aussie day gear!

The current world champion Joseph Encinia has confirmed he will be coming to do an amazing workshop with us! This is an event not to be missed! Joseph will run a 5 hour workshop at Mermaid on Sunday 15th Jan from 10am which will include a 2 hour beginners class with extra instructions and demonstrations, a talk and a Q & A for any questions you may have. Cost will be $55. We are so excited to host him at our studio – tickets will sell fast so get in quick!

Joseph will also be leading advanced on Monday  16th after the 9.30am class and teach a normal beginners class at Mermaid 6pm.
