Bikram Choudhury is coming to the Gold Coast to hold his first ever Advanced Seminar in Autralia!

We are pleased to anounce that our Guru and founder of the Bikram Series is coming to the Gold Coast soon to share his wisdom with us!

From January 9th to 13th he will be teaching the Beginning Series Monday to Friday followed by the Advanced Series. Dont miss this chance to get close to the Guru behind the Yoga for some hot inside tips!

 Locals can attend his Seminar for a special reduced rate! It is $50 for the Beginning Series or $100 if you would like to attend the Advanced Series as well. The Seminar will be held in the Radisson Resort Palm Meadows.

If you are interested in joining for this special event please email us with your full name. We will put your name on the attendance list and you can pay on the day. Please also bring a photo ID to proof residency. See you there!

Please check the times for both studios as we have at least 3 classes per day between both studios at your convenience! You can use all passes at both studios except for the Living Social / Jump On it Vouchers (valid for Mermaid Beach only).

A special class at 7am at Mermaid on SUNDAY 13th Nov will be running for competitors to warm up and is open to all students. Come get some Seany loving before the big event! (At Burleigh there will be a 9am ONLY – no 4pm)

Yoga Asana Competition next Sunday 13th November at the Gold Coast Arts Centre…GET YOUR TICKETS ONSALE NOW! You can pre-purchase your ticket for $35 (includes lunch) at our studio’s or go online to www.ysaa.com.au. Final day for purchase is Wednesday 9th Nov otherwise tickets on the door will be $45. Doors open at 10am – Competition starts at 11am sharp and will finish in the late afternoon.
